In the four years that we have been using Britt's Mechanical for our heating and cooling needs, we have had the pleasure of meeting a number of their technicians. Never once have I been uncomfortable having their guys at the house without my husband present. They always arrive in a marked company vehicle and identify themselves at the front door with their business cards. Without exception, they are dressed tidily and professionally, have been courteous and patient, and have explained what repairs need to be done in a way that I can understand. They always cover their shoes to protect our carpets and leave their outside work area neat and tidy at the end of each workday.
They arrive when they say they will arrive. They perform the work for the price they quote us. They are consistent in the quality of service they provide. Their employees are exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We have received excellent customer service for a very fair price. We have felt like valued customers each and every time we have contacted Britt's.
