The Whole House Health and Comfort Checkup is an energy audit performed on your home that can uncover the true causes of these problems. Utilizing an infiltrometer blower door to de-pressurize or pressurize your home we can identify the source of air leaks occurring in your home, whether those leaks are "good" or "bad" leaks, and the size of those leaks. "Good" leaks pull in clean fresh air (typically found around windows and doors). "Bad" leaks pull in contaminated air that may have come from a moldy or musty crawlspace, a hot or cold attic, or an attached garage that could have carbon monoxide present in the air (typically found around electrical and plumbing lines, garage to house doors, attic access doors, and lighting fixtures).

Utilizing an infrared camera or laser temperature tester, we look for areas throughout the home that may benefit from adding more insulation, repairing thermal by-passes and sealing air leaks.
